Nonprofit transparency

Clear identity. Responsible stewardship. Honest boundaries.

ImBright is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to public benefit, careful use of resources, privacy-conscious communication, and accurate descriptions of its programs.

Our public commitments

Trust grows when people can easily understand who we are, what we do, how support is funded, and where the boundaries are.

Nonprofit identity

ImBright identifies itself as a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit and operates for charitable and educational purposes.

Mission alignment

Programs and resources are developed to help people build the emotional, personal, and practical capacity to participate in life and community.

Accurate communication

We do not publish testimonials, impact metrics, or outcome claims without a reliable basis, and we describe educational support accurately.

Privacy awareness

We ask people to share only what is needed, explain how contact information may be used, and limit unnecessary collection.

Clear boundaries

ImBright’s support is educational and skill-based. ImBright does not provide therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, medical care, or emergency support.

Workshops and programs

Operations and administration

Reasonable costs required to operate a responsible nonprofit, communicate with the public, protect information, and support programs.

Program accountability

ImBright works to describe programs accurately, use plain language, and provide useful content without promising a particular result. Program direction may evolve as the nonprofit learns from community needs and available capacity.
