ImBright’s support is educational and skill-based. ImBright does not provide therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, medical care, or emergency support. Email is not monitored for urgent needs. If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, they should contact local emergency services or a local crisis hotline in their area.
